His Royal Majesty, Oba Ewuare II of Benin has served for several decades, and in various capacities, in the public and private sector.
He was Nigerian Ambassador to several countries in Europe and Africa including:
- The Kingdom of Sweden
- The Kingdom of Norway
- The Kingdom of Denmark
- Republic of Finland
- Republic of Angola
- Republic of Albania
- The Italian Republic
He is a pioneer Director of Integrated Data Services Limited, a subsidiary of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
In the private sector, He is the Chairman of Bluestream Nigeria Limited. In the past, he served as Director of companies such as SIAT Nigeria Limited (now Presco Oil Plc) and King Wilkinson Ltd. He also worked briefly in United Nations Head Quarters, New York, USA.
He holds a BSc degree in Economics (Hons) from the University of Wales, United Kingdom. He went further to acquire a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Rutgers University in New Jersey, USA.
Tunde Banjo

Ayotunde Banjo graduated LL.B (Honours) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1992 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1993. Tunde decided to embark on further recondite learning and proceeded to obtain a masters degree (LL.M) in Petroleum and Mineral Law, Policy and Economics from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland in 1995. He joined the Gani Fawehinmi Law Chambers in 1993 where he supported negotiations and advised clientele on a variety of transactions and agreements.
Tunde commenced his career in Dundee (Scotland) in 1995 where he was primarily involved inter alia in advising oil companies on a myriad of issues including the legal and regulatory framework for commencing petroleum operations in Nigeria as well as the risk and environmental analysis of same. In 1998, Tunde joined the natural resources group of The Law Union (Barristers, Solicitors and Notaries Public) where he was involved in advising clients on natural resources, corporate, commercial and litigation matters. The clients he advised include:

Tunde was part of a team which drafted the legal and regulatory framework for the world bank sponsored West African Gas Pipeline project and also proffered legal and commercial support to several bidders in the Nigerian privatization process as well as the year 2000 bidding round for oil acreages.
Tunde later joined Amni International Petroleum Development Company Limited as Legal Officer and rose to the position of Company Secretary/Legal Adviser where he was involved in advising, drafting, modifying and vetting of a wide range of oil and gas related agreements as well as other legal and corporate responsibilities.
Chief Salawe Elamah

Chief Salawe Elamah acquired his Diploma in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic Auchi. He proceeded to obtain a Masters degree in Corporate Governance and Finance from the John Moores University in Liverpool United Kingdom. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a member of the National Institute (MNI). His career spans accross the financial and stock markets as well as the oil and gas industry where he was pioneer MD/CEO of Multinational Craig Energy Services Limited. He also made his mark in the public sector as Special Adviser on Fiscal Governance and Project Monitoring to the past government of Edo State. He was also appointed as the first Executive Secretary to the Joint Tax Board (JTB) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2017.
Mr Nicholas Rhodes

Mr. Rhodes has extensive experience working in the Natural Resources sector, principally working with oil and gas as well as mining companies. Mr. Rhodes began his career in investment banking spending ten years as an investment banker in London focused on the oil and gas sector. He sits on the Boards of a number of companies. Mr. Rhodes holds a Masters degree in Business and Management in Emerging Markets from the Henley Business School in the United Kingdom.
